HPV Cell Genome Reference Materials

The etiology of cervical cancer is clear: nearly 100% of cases are caused by human papillomavirus (HPV) infection, making it the fourth most common malignancy among women globally. Human papillomavirus (HPV) nucleic acid testing is the preferred method recommended by the WHO for primary cervical cancer screening. Currently, over 100 HPV nucleic acid detection products have been approved both domestically and internationally, with the majority of these diagnostic kits covering multiple genotype detections.


FuBio has developed Human Papillomavirus (HPV) cell-based reference materials by integrating core HPV sequences into human cell lines. These reference materials include a total of 34 genotypes, encompassing 18 high-risk and 16 low-risk HPV types.

1) It is applicable to the performance verification and production quality control of HPV virus nucleic acid detection kits.

2) Indoor quality control applicable to HPV virus nucleic acid testing, monitoring the testing process.
