Currently, the molecular diagnostic kits available on the market mainly target the specific nucleic acid fragments of Mycobacterium tuberculosis for fluorescence PCR detection. This product is prepared by introducing the conserved fragment IS6110 sequence of Mycobacterium tuberculosis into heterologous bacteria. Sequencing has proved that the nucleic acid extract contains this fragment and it can be detected by qPCR.
